Course Structure & Schedule

Both training packages follow a flexible, needs-based structure that we agree jointly with your company. Together, we set the course duration based on your specific needs and requirements. As a result, the program fits the participants’ experience level and your operational context.
Above all, we customize every course to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. In short, this approach supports optimal learning outcomes without unnecessary duration or cost. At the same time, it leaves enough time for practical training, reflection, and consolidation of key skills.

Every course duration is agreed in advance with your organization. As a result, you know exactly how long your team is away and what each week delivers. The medical modules follow TCCC (NAEMT) standards, and the course duration can grow by one week when a group needs extra consolidation.

For example, the extra week can cover in-depth exercises, individual follow-up, or specialized supplementary modules.

Weekly Rhythm & Intensity

The courses follow a structured weekly rhythm with clearly defined learning objectives each week. First, theoretical sessions run in the morning. Then, practical exercises follow in the afternoon. Finally, regular debriefings and feedback sessions evaluate learning progress and adjust the plan as needed.

Group Size & Individual Support

We work with intentionally limited group sizes because we want to ensure a high standard of support. The maximum group size per course is 10 participants. Therefore, each participant receives individual attention. In addition, we develop personal strengths and address growth areas in a targeted manner.
