B2B ONLY
02 — Operator Development
Develop Your Personnel.
Operator Development is not a collection of separately purchased courses. It is a customizable 1–5 week integrated training cycle designed for companies and organizations sending personnel to ARCANE for structured development. The curriculum is built around your organization’s requirements. The standard is ARCANE’s. Medical modules follow TCCC (NAEMT) standards.
Who This Is For

The curriculum adapts to the client. The standard does not.
A Typical Development Cycle
The following represents a typical 1–5 week Operator Development cycle. However, we determine the exact content, sequence, and emphasis in consultation with your organization. In other words, this is the development logic, not a fixed curriculum.
Week 1 — Assessment, Foundation & Core Skills Development
First, we assess your personnel against ARCANE’s standards and establish the starting point. We make no assumptions about incoming capability. Based on the assessment, we introduce or reinforce foundation skills. Then development moves into structured core skills work across the agreed disciplines: we build fundamentals under controlled conditions, with emphasis on consistency and correct technique before we add speed or complexity. In addition, we assess theory and practice throughout.
Week 2 — Applied Skills
Next, participants apply their skills under increasing demand. Time standards, movement, target transitions, and scenario-based exercises begin. We expect participants to perform, not just to demonstrate. As always, we assess theory and practice weekly.
Week 3 — Integration
Then we integrate individual skills into team-based application: communication, coordination, and collective performance under realistic conditions. Complexity increases step by step, and we assess theory and practice weekly.
Week 4 — Advanced Application
In week four, participants work through complex, multi-element exercises and make decisions under pressure. Scenario-based training incorporates the disciplines developed throughout the cycle, and we apply clear performance standards. Weekly assessment continues.
Week 5 — Validation & Consolidation
Finally, we assess every participant against ARCANE’s standards, debrief the team, and give individual feedback. We certify where applicable, consolidate the development cycle, and provide recommendations for continued development to the organization.
Week 5 may be adapted or consolidated depending on the agreed program length and client requirements.
Curriculum Is Built Around Your Requirements
The following disciplines are examples of what we can incorporate into an Operator Development cycle. They are not mandatory modules. Instead, we determine the actual curriculum, equipment, weapon platforms, and training emphasis together with your organization, based on its operational requirements and personnel profile.
Firearms Development
Refining proficiency with various weapon systems for enhanced operational effectiveness.
Close Quarters Battle (CQB)
Mastering techniques for rapid and effective engagement in confined spaces.
Tactical Medical
Providing immediate and critical medical care in high-stress, dynamic environments.
Mission Planning
Developing comprehensive strategies for successful execution of complex operations.
Team Training & Coordination
Fostering seamless teamwork and synchronized movements in tactical scenarios.
