Arcane Tactical offers two clearly structured training packages that address different target groups and development goals.

Package 1 — New People

The foundational training program for new or less
experienced security personnel. It teaches the essential
skills in close protection, medical emergency response,
tactical shooting, and close-quarters scenarios. Ideal for
companies that want to build their team from the ground
up or bring existing employees to a consistent, high
standard.

Package 2 — Instructor Development

The advanced program for experienced practitioners who
are expected to train and develop others. Focuses on
instructional methodology, course design, performance
assessment, and quality management. Develops the next
generation of instructors according to international best
practices.

Presentation and coaching techniques

Instructor coaching and mentoring

Both packages can be booked as standalone programs or as a progressive training path. Companies with larger teams can first send employees through the New People package and then further qualify selected candidates in the Instructor Development program — creating scalable, sustainable in-house training capacity.
